The hotel location was fantastic, just steps away from the
cruise terminal, giving us a unique view of ships coming and going. However, the staff seemed indifferent at times, lacking the warmth and extra touch we expected. The amenities were basic, but the affordability was a plus.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Despite requesting a quiet room, I was disturbed by remodeling noises until 10pm. The food, while plentiful, was just mediocre at best, and the service was painfully slow. The hotel was right next to the cruise ship port, which made it overcrowded with passengers during the day, blocking the beautiful view we expected.

Recommend it for families seeking a decent getaway
The staff was friendly and attentive, every day they greeted us with smiles, which really made a difference during our stay! I also took advantage of the snorkeling session they offered, got to see some very nice fish right off the beach, and the food at their restaurant was surprisingly good, especially the fresh fruits they had available.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still within the satisfactory range.

The snorkeling was a fantastic experience right off the beach, perfect for exploring the underwater world together. We enjoyed a lovely time swimming, and the views of cruise ships passing by were a unique sight. It felt so heavenly to relax by the ocean.
In my wife’s opinion, the dining options could use some improvement.

The snorkeling was absolutely spectacular, and I loved taking a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool every day. I also enjoyed some relaxing time in the spa, which was a nice bonus. Just a heads-up, the area got a bit crowded when the cruise ships were in port, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

Very nice, Very nice, Very nice
I had the most very nice time with the fine ocean view right from my Beautiful Ocean View room! Waking up every morning to the sight of shimmering waters and cruise ships passing by felt like a dream. Plus, snorkeling right off the beach was amazing-so many colorful fish swimming around.

I had a wonderful time with spectacular snorkeling right off the beach, and the cleanliness of the facilities was impressive. However, the noise from remodeling above was disruptive, and the dining options could be improved. This spot is great for families looking for a fun beach experience, but be prepared for occasional noise and crowding from cruise ship visitors.

The view from our room was fantastic, with stunning ocean sights every morning. The pool was clean and nice. The swim-up bar made for a fun time. I loved the massages we got on-site. they were really relaxing. The staff was quite helpful and attentive, ensuring we had what we needed during our stay. The location is great, close to downtown, making day trips easy. However, the annoying part was the cruise ship crowd. their volume made the pool area feel overly busy at times. The buffet had decent options but got repetitive quickly. I noticed a lack of communication in the restaurant, making me feel neglected occasionally. There were also some patches of the property needing a facelift. parts of the hotel looked a bit dated. We had a little hiccup with the Wi-Fi. it wasn’t complimentary and felt like a hassle. The dive shop on-site is a plus but could operate more efficiently. There were moments when it felt chaotic due to the number of visitors from the ships. Overall, there were many enjoyable aspects, but it could use some improvements to enhance the experience further.
